Terms of use

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These terms govern your use of figurefruit.com and its games (the “Site”), operated by Alexander Zaky (“Figure Fruit,” “we” or “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who may use the Site

Anyone may play the games without an account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, appear on a leaderboard or play live matches. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms and our privacy policy with you, or that you have their permission to use the Site. Teachers may use the Site with students of any age through Classroom Mode, which requires no account.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Please give accurate information and tell us if you think your account has been misused. You may delete your account at any time from your player page.

Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

• choose a display name that is offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonates another person or organization;
• cheat, or submit false scores, including by using bots, scripts, automation or by modifying the Site’s code or network requests;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its data or its accounts, or interfere with its operation;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, or share anyone’s personal information;
• copy, scrape or republish the Site’s puzzles or data at scale without our permission; or
• use the Site in violation of any law.

We may remove display names, scores or accounts, and may block access to the Site, at our discretion and without notice, especially when these rules are broken. Scores that look impossible or unfair may be removed.

Our content

The Site’s design, games, puzzles, text, logo and code belong to Figure Fruit or its licensors and are protected by law. You may play the games and share links to them. You may use the Site’s content in class for teaching. Beyond that, please do not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

You keep the rights to anything you submit, such as a display name. You give us a free, worldwide license to display it on the Site as part of your account and the leaderboards.

Educational use and accuracy

The games are designed for fun and general learning. We work to make puzzles and facts accurate, but mistakes happen, and the content is not professional advice. If you find an error, please tell us at team@figurefruit.com.

Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party services, such as Google, Cloudflare, Supabase and Netlify, and may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or end any part of the Site at any time, including by removing games, resetting leaderboards or changing how scoring works. We do not promise that the Site will always be available or free of errors.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Some places do not allow certain limits on warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Figure Fruit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we may ask you to accept the new terms again. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
