This policy covers figurefruit.com and the games on it, including Double Agent.

What we collect

If you create an account, we store your email address, the display name you choose, and your game scores. If you play without an account, your game progress is saved only in your browser (local storage) and we don’t receive it. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your email address and name with us to create the account; we only show the display name you pick, never your Google name.

How we use it

We use your email to sign you in and to send account emails such as confirmation and password reset. Your display name and scores appear on the public leaderboard. We don’t sell your personal information.

Who processes it

Account and score data is stored with our database provider, Supabase. The site is delivered by our hosting provider, Netlify. Account emails are sent through an email delivery provider.

Cookies, local storage and advertising

We use your browser’s local storage to save your game progress and to keep you signed in. We show, or may show, ads served by Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners show ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.

Your choices

Signed-in players have a player page with their rank, streaks and score history. It is private by default. If you turn on “Public stats” there, other players can see your display name, rank and stats; your email is never shown. You can turn it off again at any time, and you can delete your account and all your scores yourself from your player page.

You can also ask us to delete your account and scores at any time by emailing the address on the contact page. You can clear your browser’s site data to remove locally saved progress.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
